What is the best FREE online multiplayer game website ?

Since skype got greedy and asking to buy their games I need new place to play games while chatting with my brother/sisters overseas.

yahoo messenger and live messenger both offers really neat online games. but are there any other game websites (has to be multiplayer) with lots of different board games, puzzles, etc. has to wok with java or flash (website based), I don’t really want to make them download anything big.

I don’t like pogo because it has some sort of gambling feature ? my bro/sis are only 8-14.

Logic Puzzle– HELP!?

I have a project I have to finish by next week, and this is the only logic puzzle I haven’t been able to figure out– anyone willing to help, go for it:

Shown is a four by four square (a total of 16 blocks); the directions are as follows:
In the word game, Fluster, players pick 16 random letters (some of which maybe repeats) and place them in the 4 by 4 grid. Then they try to form words by moving from letter to touching letter- horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. All letters of a given word must be found in different aquares. Below is a list of six words found in a recent game. We’ve shown you the position of on letter. Can you fill in the other 15 letters so that all of the listed words can be spelled within the rules of the game?
